How do I create a Calendar entry?

Adding a new event is really easy. An event can be created in the Day view or in the Month view. In Day view,  click on the day and hour the event will start.

A window will pop up asking for the event’s details. If it’s a recurrent event, make sure you select the “Repeat” check box. Schedule the recurrence of the event by selecting when it repeats, as well as when the event ends.

You may also assign someone to the event, or leave the event open as "Needs volunteer." Select a volunteer from the list to coordinate the help.

Once you have entered all the information, select “Add event”

Adding an event while on Month view is basically the same as it is for Day view. Simply click on the day you’d like to add it to and complete the fields.
