Add and edit refill reminders

Medication refill reminders help keep track of your (or a loved one's) medicine supply—and can prevent any last minute trips to the pharmacy!

To create a refill reminder, make sure you have at least one medication added in the  Medications module.

iPhone and iPad Instructions

  1. Open the CareZone app (or tap here).
  2. Tap Medications.
  3. Tap a medication name to edit. 
  4. Tap Refill Reminder to add a new reminder time.
  5. To edit an existing reminder, tap the current reminder time displayed.
  6. Select a date and time.
  7. Select a reoccurring time (e.g. "30 days").
  8. If a one-time only reminder is needed, tap None.
  9. Tap Save (top right corner).

You'll now receive a push notification on the day and time you select, reminding you to refill your med!

Tip: Make sure yournotifications are turned on. If they are not, you'll see red text in the "med info view" alerting you. To enable notifications, tap on the red text.

Android Instructions

  1. Open the CareZone app (or tap here).
  2. Tap the three horizontal bars to view the menu list (top left corner). 
  3. Tap Medications.
  4. To hide the menu list, tap the far right side of your screen.
  5. Tap a medication name to edit. 
  6. Tap the Refill Info tab.
  7. Tap + SET REFILL REMINDER to add a new reminder time.
  8. To edit an existing reminder, tap the current reminder time displayed.
  9. Tap below "Remind me on": Select a date, tap OK
  10. Tap below "At this time": Select a time, tap Done.
  11. Tap below "Then again every": Select a reoccurring time (e.g. every "30 days"), or tap None to receive a one-time only reminder.
  12. Tap DONE to save.
