How do I join the CareZone community?

If you haven't yet signed up for CareZone, register your account first (it's free)! You can create an account by installing the free [CareZone app] or by signing up on the web at CareZone.com


If you already have a registered CareZone account, you can join the community anytime! Here's how:

In the mobile app (iPhone, iPad, and Android):

  1. Tap Community (bottom center) and follow the steps to join. 
  2. Create your unique community username (this is the public name or nickname that will be used when you post in the community). 

On the web:

  1. Visit CareZone Community on your desktop computer or mobile web browser.
  2. Tap Log In (top right corner).
  3. Sign in with your registered CareZone email and password.
  4. Create your unique community username (this is the public name or nickname that will be used when you post in the community). 

I forgot my CareZone password. How do I reset it?

To reset your CareZone password, visit the Password Reset page and enter your registered CareZone email address. Tap the Reset Password button, check your email Inbox for the Password Reset Instructions email, and follow the steps in the email to create a new password. 

How do I know when someone has replied to my post? 

You can check your notifications and replies in the community in the app and on the web. Learn more here: https://help.carezone.com/article/173-community-notification-settings

How do I edit or turn off the notifications settings in my Community account?

I use the CareZone app to manage my medications and health. Is my personal CareZone account info shared or visible to other members in the Community?
Rest assured, all info added to the CareZone app is private and secure—and is never visible in the CareZone Community (or publicly). Only the information that you choose to publish in CareZone Communities is visible to others.
How do I cancel my Community account? 
If you have an issue with your account and need help, send an Inbox message through the app (or email support@carezone.com) first so we can help! 
If you wish to cancel your community account (but still use CareZone), send an email request from your registered CareZone email address to support@carezone.com. (This is for your account security).
