Medication Adherence Streaks

Medication Tracking Streaks

You can now view how many days in a row you’ve tracked all scheduled medications with Medication Tracking Streaks. This feature gives you an overview of how often you continuously track your scheduled medications—and encourages you to keep it up!

Here’s how it works:

  • Track all scheduled medications each day to maintain and increase your streak
  • View your streak anytime on the Dashboard or Medication Schedule
  • If you miss a day, simply start tracking your scheduled meds again to start a new streak.
  • We’ll keep you updated on your streak milestones and new records!

Here's how it looks on the Dashboard (left) and the Medication Schedule (right):

The new feature is now available in the CareZone app on both iOS and Android devices. Check it out!

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is a "streak"?

Your streak is the longest time you go without forgetting to track your scheduled medications in the app.

How are streaks calculated?

Each day that you track all scheduled medications in the app, your streak will increase! Your "Best Streak" shows the most number of days you've tracked your scheduled medications in a row. Streaks are calculated automatically for you—the app does the work for you!

How do I keep my streaks?

Marking meds as taken or skipped (when you don't need to take a scheduled dosage) will allow you to maintain your streak. Just take your medications as usual and remember to track your actions in the app!

How do I fix my streak? (I made an error when tracking my meds.)

You can edit your tracked medications anytime. Just tap on the SCHEDULE tab in your Medications module, then tap the day of the month you want to edit. From there, you can edit your tracked medications by tapping the pencil icon to the right of the med. Here's a link to more detailed instructions: Edit tracked medication history
