Community notification settings

Community notification settings:

You can customize the type of notifications you receive about new updates and activity in the community by adjusting your notification settings. These settings are currently only available by signing in to your community account on the web.

How to adjust community notification settings:


Web Instructions:

  1. Go to http://community.carezone.com on your mobile or desktop web browser (not the app).
  2. Select your profile icon (top right corner).
  3. Select the small gear icon (just below your profile icon) to view the Preferences tab.
  4. Select Notifications from the left verticle menu bar (below Account, Profile, Emails).
  5. To turn notifications ON: Select Enable Notifications (below "Live Notifications").
  6. To turn notifications OFF: Select Disable Notifications.

How to view recent community notifications and activity:


iPad and iPhone Instructions:

  1. Tap the Community module (bottom center).
  2. Tap your profile banner at the top (it has your @membername and three icons next to it).
  3. From there, you will see a list of Recent notifications.
  4. Tap any notification from the list to view it. 

Android Instructions:

  1. Tap the Community module (bottom center).
  2. Tap your profile banner at the top (it has your @membername and three icons next to it).
  3. From there, you will see a list of Recent notifications.
  4. Tap any notification from the list to view it. 

Web Instructions:

  1. Go to http://community.carezone.com on your mobile or desktop web browser (not the app).
  2. Select your profile icon (top right corner).
  3. You will see a drop-down list of all your recent notifications. 
  4. Select any notification to view it. 
  5. To view more, select the arrow at the bottom.
  6. For a complete view of your notifications: Select the Notifications tab from the top horizontal navigation bar (not the left verticle menu). Select any notification to view it.
