When can I expect to receive my retail order?
Once you place an order, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive the tracking information via email.
What is the refund policy?
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all retail products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know by calling 844-662-4685. Refunds will be issued within 90 days of purchase.
I’m a CareZone Pharmacy Services customer. Why isn't my retail order sent in the same box as my medications?
Since vitamins and other retail products do not require a prescription, they are processed separately from your medications. Your vitamins will not be packaged or delivered with your prescriptions.
