CareZone Pharmacy Services New Patient FAQs
When will I get my medications?
Your first shipment will arrive within 10 to 15 days after your order is placed unless you aren’t currently due for any refills.
If you've requested more than one medication, the team's first task is aligning all your prescriptions to be filled on the same date. This lets us make a single shipment to you every 30 (60 or 90) days, containing everything you need. Some medications may be in quantities less than your normal supply to let us realign all your refills to one date. For example, if you have 20 days left of a medication, we’ll send you the next 10 pills before starting monthly 30 day fills.
If you do get a partial shipment, don’t worry—the pharmacy will be sure you get everything you need.
What will my copays be?
Your copays will be the standard rate set by your insurance provider.
For more information on our payment plan options, send us an Inbox message or call 844-792-2739.
Where do the medications come from?
Our medications are the same medications dispensed at CVS, Walgreens, etc.—we work with America’s leading medical wholesaler to offer an exceptionally broad selection of prescription medications, creams, drops, insulins, and inhalers.
When do I pay for my medications?
There is not a set due date for payment — you can choose what day each month you’d like to pay. We’ll charge the card you have on file on the day you’ve specified.
How do I send my prescriptions to you?
To send your prescriptions to CareZone Pharmacy, just scan your medications into the app and the pharmacist will take care of the rest.

Do I need to be home when my medications get delivered?
No. CareZone will manage delivery to your door—you don’t have to be home, and you won’t have to provide a signature.
