Track vitals and health trends

You can use the Trackers module to record important health statistics like your blood glucose and your weight.  Keep a log to measure and track what's important, and we'll help visualize trends.  You can even set reminders so you never forget to record important information.

With the Trackers module, you can record your:


Android Instructions

  1. Go to the Trackers module.
  2. Tap the category you'd like to add data for, e.g. Pain, Seizure, Blood Glucose.
  3. Tap the "+" (plus) button to add data points.
  4. Different categories will have different scales for data: 

    a. Enter a value (e.g. for blood glucose or blood pressure) by taping on the underlined field; or
    b. Select a value from the 1 to 10 scale (e.g. for mood or pain) by dragging the circle left to right.

    After you enter two or more data points, a graph will be automatically generated.
  5. A default reminder of 8 AM daily will be set for your newly added Tracker, To edit the reminder:

    a. Tap on  8:00 AM to change the time field, select a new time, and tap Done.
    b. Tap on  Daily to change the frequency—tap the days of the week to check/uncheck when you want a reminder to be     sent, and tap Done.
    c. Tap the checkmark in the upper right corner to save.

    Too add a second reminder, tap + ADD A REMINDER, and follow steps a - d above.

iPhone and iPad Instructions

  1. Go to the Trackers module.
  2. Tap the category you'd like to add data for, e.g. Pain, Seizure, Blood Glucose.

    To add a second set of data to the same category, tap the Add Data button in the upper right corner in that category.
  3. Different categories will have different scales for data.  

    a. Enter value(s) (e.g. for blood glucose or blood pressure); or   
    b. Select a value from the 1 to 10 scale (e.g. for mood or pain) by dragging the circle left to right. 

    After you enter two or more data points, a graph will be automatically generated.
  4. A default reminder of 8 AM every day will be set for your newly added Tracker. To edit the reminder, tap Edit Reminders

    a. Tap on 8 AM Every day to change the reminder time and frequency.
    b. Tap on the time field (e.g.  8 AM) and select a new time.
    c. Tap on the days you want the reminder to occur on — a green circle means the reminder is active for a given day.
    d. Tap Save in the upper right corner.

    To add a second reminder, tap Add Reminder and follow steps a - d above.
