If you're having issues accessing your CareZone account information, rest assured—your information is safely stored on our servers.  

Please find helpful tips below to resolve common issues with accessing your account. 


Forgot CareZone password

  1. Make sure you are signed out of the CareZone.com website. 
  2. Click this link to start the password reset process.
  3. Enter the email address you originally used to register your CareZone account. 
  4. Tap the Password Reset button. 
  5. Check the email inbox associated with your registered email.
  6. Open the Password Reset Instructions email when you receive it. 
  7. If you do not see the email, check your Spam and Trash folder. 
  8. Follow the instructions in the Password Reset Instructions email to create a new password

Email sign-in error

If you receive an error message that says “ There is already an account with that email address”, you may be trying to enter your info on the Sign Up page (instead of the Sign In page). 

Here's how to sign in on your mobile device:

  1. Open the CareZone app.
  2. Bypass the "Create an account" screen by tapping one of the following links: "Have an account? Sign in" (on Android), or "Already Registered? Sign In" (on iOS). 
  3. You should now see a "Welcome Back" page to sign in. 
  4. Enter your registered email address and CareZone password
  5. Tap Sign In

Here's how to sign in on the CareZone.com website:

  1. Visit the website at CareZone.com from your mobile or desktop web browser. 
  2. Tap on the Sign In link at the top right corner (just above the "Sign Up" link). 
  3. Enter your registered email address and CareZone password
  4. Tap Sign In

Account information is missing

If you are signed in to CareZone and unable to locate your account information, please find helpful tips below to resolve the issue. 

Have you used any alternate email addresses in the past?

If so, you may have registered your original CareZone account using a different email address. Try signing in to CareZone with any previously used email addresses. Or, email us at support@carezone.com and we'll help you locate your account.

Does your registered CareZone email address have a typo in it?

If your correct email address is me@example.net, but you mistakenly entered me@example.com when signing up for CareZone, this would cause confusion when trying to access your account. 

—To find out if you signed up with a typo in your email address, check your associated email inbox for any messages from CareZone. If you're unable to find a welcome email from CareZone, you may have signed up with a typo in your email address. Please email us at  support@carezone.com and we'll help you locate your account.
