Add more CareZone profiles

CareZone profiles help you organize med lists and other health care information for yourself or a loved one. You can track and manage medications, keep doctors' contacts organized, journal symptoms, store a medical history, and more. You can even invite others to share access to your CareZone, so loved ones can help manage care or have the information readily accessible in case of an emergency.


iPhone and iPad Instructions

  1. Tap the Add a New Person + button in the lower right corner.
  2. Choose who you are caring for:

    a. Tap Someone in my contact list, select from the contacts on your device, and tap Done.
    You may be prompted to grant the app permission to access your contacts. If so tap OK to accept.

    b. Tap Someone else and type in the details yourself. Tap Save.

Android Instructions

  1. Tap the Add a profile button from the side-panel menu.

    If you do not see Add a profile, tap the three lines in the left of the header bar so the sidebar menu appears. Then tap the down arrow next to the name of the CareZone profile to show all your CareZones and reveal the Add a profile button at the bottom.
  2. Choose who you are caring for:

    a. Tap Someone in my contact list and select from the contacts on your device.

    b. Tap Someone else and type in the details yourself. Tap Add.

CareZone.com Instructions

  1. Click + Add a CareZone in your left menu.
  2. Choose who you are caring for: 

    a. Click on someone in your Shared With list.

    b. Click Add a CareZone and type in the details yourself. Tap Add a CareZone to confirm.
