Send CareZone messages and get help through Inbox

CareZone Inbox is a way to communicate with the CareZone support team, and other service providers to whom CareZone connects you. Use Inbox to ask questions, report issues, check an order status, or send us some love. :)


iPhone and iPad Instructions

  1. Tap the profile you’d like to access Inbox from (e.g. You).
  2. Tap on the Inbox module at the top of your module listings.
  3. Tap Contact us in the lower right corner to start a new message to CareZone Support.

    Or tap Help Center in the upper right to read some articles that may answer your question.
  4. Type in a subject line that briefly explains your message (e.g. Delete medication).
  5. Tap in the message field to enter a message (e.g. How do I delete a medication that I’ve accidentally entered twice?).
  6. Tap Send in the upper right corner.

If you don’t see Inbox in your app, upgrade to the latest version of CareZone.

Android Instructions

  1. Tap the profile you’d like to access Inbox from (e.g. You).
  2. Tap Home at the top of your module listings. 
  3. Tap Inbox from the tabs at the top of your screen.
  4. To create a new message, tap the “+” plus button and select Contact us.  

    Or tap Help Center to read some articles that may answer your question.
  5. Type in a subject line that briefly explains your message (e.g. Delete medication).
  6. Tap in the message field to enter a message (e.g. How do I delete a medication that I’ve accidentally entered twice?).
  7. Tap the paper airplane button in the upper right corner to send us your message.

CareZone.com Instructions

Inbox is not available on CareZone.com. If you'd like to see this feature added on the web, add the idea to our Suggestion Board!
